Triharsa Adicahya is automotive engineer veteran with more than 15 years experiences in automotives industries. His journey with EV started in 2012 when he assigned to lead a team to learn, study and develop several product related to EV. Since 2018, he develop several startup, in battery development, electric vehicle and sustainability. With his partners, he now run Spora EV, Ecoignite and Mimo as a vehicle to reach his vision of clean sustainable and decentralize economy. 

Abdul Halim Sufri, Global Pre-Sales Head Engineer, DEP

Abdul Halim Sufri is a seasoned engineering professional with more than 8 years of experience at DEP (Detroit Engineered Products). Throughout his career at DEP, he consistently excelled in various roles within the automotive, heavy industries, tyres, and aerospace sectors. His educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical and Production Engineering, which he complemented with a Master's degree in Automobile Engineering. Starting as a Project Engineer, Mr. Abdul swiftly progressed to the role of Senior Project Engineer, specializing in simulation engineering across a range of applications, including automotive, biomedical, and tyre manufacturing. Presently, he holds the Global Pre-Sales Head Engineer position in DEP.

Graduated from Civil Engineering - Bandung Institute of Technology with 30+ years of technical support, trainer, and consultant in design and engineering of aero, auto, machinery industries.  

Mr Ramesh Adoni, Senior Director- ASEAN and Australia & New Zealand: D&E Business- Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence

Ramesh Adoni is the Senior Director for ASEAN and ANZ at Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence's D&E Business. Over the years, he has played a pivotal role in the leadership teams of prominent global simulation technology providers such as MSC Software (a part of Hexagon MI) and ANSYS, among others. Ramesh is a Veteran evangelist of computer-aided engineering (CAE) and its practical application to address real-world challenges. He is also recognized as a global technology sales management leader who spearheads the development of new market initiatives and strongly believes in fostering collaborative ecosystem growth for long-term sustainability and progress.

With nearly a quarter-century of experience in the CAE industry, Ramesh Adoni has collaborated with leading global innovators across various industrial sectors, including Aerospace, Automotive, Energy, Process, and Research/Academia, to transform ideas into innovative solutions.

In his current role as Senior Director of Sales for Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence in India and AEC, Ramesh Adoni serves as a Sales Management Specialist and contributes to the management team's efforts in establishing collaborative sales ecosystems. He excels in building high-performance teams that drive success across India and the Indo-Pacific region. Ramesh is deeply passionate about fostering industry-institute partnerships, nurturing the skills of young engineers, and facilitating access to cutting-edge technologies for student communities.

Drawing upon his extensive expertise, Ramesh Adoni assists customers in bridging the gap between design, manufacturing, and quality control, thus enabling smarter engineering practices and paving the way for an autonomous and sustainable future. 

Rajagopalan Varadarajan, Senior Sales Director, ASEAN, Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence

Rajagopalan is responsible for Software, Engineering Services business and customer success in ASEAN. He is a highly accomplished Regional Sales Manager with +23 years’ industry exposure & extensive experience driving B2B sales of simulation software with responsibility for 6Mn USD sales pipeline. He is commercially orientated with astute Channel Intelligence; deep expertise in defining & executing highly effective Channel Sales Strategies and guiding multi-cultural teams. Rajagopalan is a gifted communicator; having leveraged strong communication skills to serve as a keynote speaker at various seminars and translate complex technical information across all organizational levels. 

Sea Chia Hu, Country Manager, Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence

Sea Chia Hui who is currently the Singapore Country Manager of Manufacturing Intelligence, Hexagon. Sea joined Manufacturing Intelligence as Senior Application Engineer. Sea brings over 25 years of experience and has a strong background in CMM product management, aftermarket sales and leading cross-functional sales support teams’ leadership. He is responsible for leading the country wide sales activities, service & support team and significantly played a key role in continued growth development of Hexagon in Singapore

Most recently, Sea was part of the Stationary Product Line Management role supporting APAC, and responsible for the most significant CMM products development in the region

Prior to joining Hexagon, Sea was with Zeiss IMT, a competitive precision metrology solutions provider. Sea was instrumental for growing revenues in an emerging market. 

Amit Lele, Head - Regional Sales (ASEAN/ ANZ) & Strategic Partnerships (APAC), Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence

Amit brings with him 25 years' professional experience, the majority of which is in B2B Sales Management, Strategic Pricing and Business Control for India and Asia Pacific region. Most recently, he worked as Head of Strategic Pricing for a German Automation company in Singapore.

He is very familiar with the manufacturing industry through his 17 long years’ experience with the Swedish cutting tool company Sandvik Coromant in sales and general management in India and Asia Pacific region. He also possesses 4 years’ experience in manufacturing with a very well-known Indian automotive company. During his career, he has successfully performed various roles as sales process leader, sales manager, channel manager, key account manager, strategic pricing manager and business controller at the national and regional level. Amit has a Bachelor of Engineering in Metallurgy and has completed an International Management Program from the Stockholm School of Economics, Fuqua School of Business and Duke University 

Christy Joseph, Sales and Business Development, Volume Graphics Software, KAI, Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence

Christy Joseph is responsible for Sales and Business Development of Volume Graphics Software in the KAI (Korea, ASEAN/ANZ/India) Region. Volume Graphics, a part of Hexagon, is the technology and market leader in the analysis and visualization of industrial computed tomography (CT data). He has been working with major OEMs and suppliers in the A&D, automotive and hi-tech, and electronics industries in Asia Pacific for the past 20+ years. 

Adam Brandt, Applications Engineer – Virtual Manufacturing & Costing, Hexagon MI
Adam Brandt began his career at a robotic integrator for welding systems. In that company, he held various roles, starting with designing custom machines. These systems encompassed a wide range of applications, from high-volume automotive parts to massive agricultural equipment and high-tolerance aerospace components. These experiences afforded him a broad knowledge base across diverse manufacturing environments. Following his work in machine design, Adam transitioned to working directly with customers to enhance the manufacturability of their parts and assemblies. This involved utilizing virtual manufacturing tools like Simufact Welding to offer customers improved tolerances, part fitting, assembly processes, and overall component design. Since joining Hexagon, he has concentrated on enhancing virtual manufacturing tools and assisting others in maximizing their productivity through these tools. With 12 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, Adam possesses extensive expertise spanning various products, materials, and manufacturing processes.

M.Kemarol Z, Senior Manager, Technical & Business Development at Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence, ASEAN Region

Kemarol has engaged with a variety of customers in ASEAN and ANZ, mainly in Automotive and Machinery industries, where he has helped customers to set up processes based on the best practices and experiences from MSC global teams. Thanks to his previous stint at MSC Japan and studies there, he handles the technical and business requirements of all Japanese OEMs and Suppliers in the region. M. Kemarol holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in mechanical engineering from Waseda University, Tokyo, Japan. His experiences and expertise cover Multibody Dynamics analysis and Nonlinear analysis. 

Trinitor Inigo KM, Regional Sales Manager | ASEAN, Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence

Trinitor Inigo KM, holds a Mechanical Engineering degree and has over 15 years of experience in technical, business development, and sales roles within the design and engineering (D&E) field with specialization in Finite Element Analysis, Non-Linear Dynamics (Implicit/Explicit), and more. Presently serving as the Regional Sales Manager for ASEAN at Hexagon, he is dedicated to catering to the needs of the Aerospace, Automotive, and Heavy Engineering industries in the region.

Before joining Hexagon, Mr. Trinitor held key positions at TATA Elxsi Ltd and TATA Technologies Ltd, both part of the $100 billion USD Tata Group. In these roles, he managed technical and business development activities for MSC Software's simulation products across India. His career also includes valuable experience as an Application Engineer at General Motors Technical Center, India, and CSM Software Pvt Ltd. Over the years, he has delivered numerous corporate training sessions and provided project guidance to clients in India and ASEAN countries, offering expertise in tackling a wide range of technical challenges in the realm of design and engineering, particularly in Finite Element Analysis.

Januar holds the position of Sales Engineer in the Metrology Division at PT. Dynatech International. Prior to this role, he served as a Quality and R&D team member at a Japanese company. Januar is actively engaged in writing papers and driving improvements. With his extensive experience in manufacturing and various industries, he is currently dedicated to advancing the Hexagon One MI product at PT. Dynatech International.

Adi Pratama Virgiawan is an Application Specialist in the Metrology Division at PT. Dynatech International. Previously, he served as a Laboratory and R&D Officer at a Japanese company. Adi is enthusiastic about learning new technologies and driving continuous improvement. Leveraging his experience in the manufacturing and automotive industries, he is currently dedicated to enhancing the Hexagon One MI product at PT. Dynatech International.
